- Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Manage guest complaints with empathy, adhering to hotel procedures.
- Foster guest loyalty and promote hotel services and the broader Cheval Blanc Collection.
- Ensure optimal operation of the restaurant, supervising and controlling operations in line with hotel standards.
- Oversee the service flow, from guest reception to billing and departure.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date guest records.
- Propose enhancements to products/services to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and pastry teams.
- Manage service-related costs and implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue.
- Ensure effective communication of guest-related information to the team.
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage a team and operations in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in managing restaurant operations and guest relations.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
