1. Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
2. Perform administrative tasks related to project development for internship objectives.
3. Support operations across various restaurant service points to enhance operational experience.
4. Ensure customer reception and deliver an exceptional client experience.
5. Clean and set up the venue according to hotel procedures.
6. Manage inventory and linen, including setup, renewal, and supply.
7. Clear and clean during service.
8. Maintain and clean service equipment.
9. Coordinate with kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding departments.
10. Ensure optimal supply conditions for the venue.
11. Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards and beverage legislation.
12. Promote hotel services and Cheval Blanc offerings.
13. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

1. Education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining
4. Strong understanding of gastronomy
