- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to project development for internship objectives.
- Support operations across various restaurant service points to enhance operational experience.
- Ensure customer reception and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Clean and set up the venue according to hotel procedures.
- Manage inventory and linen, including setup, renewal, and supply.
- Clear and clean during service.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Coordinate with kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding departments.
- Ensure optimal supply conditions for the venue.
- Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards and beverage legislation.
- Promote hotel services and Cheval Blanc offerings.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- Education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Strong understanding of gastronomy
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Passion for the bar and restaurant industry
