1. Manage client reservations via phone, internet, and on-site.
2. Welcome, guide, and seat clients at the dining venues.
3. Support the dining staff before, during, and after service.
4. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
5. Assist with billing following hotel procedures.
6. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
7. Promote the hotel's restaurants and dining events.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
