1. Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Maintain hygiene standards by preparing and organizing the venue according to HACCP guidelines.
3. Manage inventory and ensure seamless service operations.
4. Actively participate in serving food and beverages, supporting the Chef de Rang, and ensuring presentation meets Cheval Blanc standards.
5. Oversee the clearing and cleaning during service, maintaining cleanliness and equipment care.
6. Coordinate and communicate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding to ensure harmonious service.
7. Promote the restaurants and dining events organized by the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred dining establishments.
2. First experience (internship or position) in a similar setting.

1. Significant service experience in a similar high-end establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
5. Knowledge of a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese).

Entry-level experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining, with a focus on service excellence.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
