1. Ensure the food and beverage outlets operate effectively as a team to provide seamless service.
2. Ensure service to all guests follows established standards and is consistent, efficient, and courteous.
3. Implement the service philosophy of Cheval Blanc, emphasizing flair, respect, pride, attention to detail, and kindness.
4. Support and commit to the establishment of a multi-skill program to ensure maximum productivity.
5. Lead the Food and Beverage Service team.
6. Participate in the preparation of the Operation Plan and related Action Plans.
7. Maintain all related F&B costs according to P&L.
8. Maintain a high standard of appearance and grooming as per CBY Living.
9. Apply and adhere to rules, regulations, and Maison policies and procedures.

1. Diploma or higher in Food and Beverage or a related field.

1. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
2. Ability to work shifts and flexible hours.

3-7 years of related experience.

Diploma or higher within the Food and Beverage aspect or any other related field.
