1. Optimize hotel performance by closely monitoring occupancy rates and developing room occupancy plans in collaboration with the Revenue Manager.
2. Maximize reservations by coordinating with the Revenue Manager and sales team.
3. Oversee the management of various distribution channels.
4. Ensure optimal handling of VIP reservations to enhance guest loyalty.
5. Sell hotel products at the best possible rates based on availability.
6. Supervise and coordinate the work of reservation agents, ensuring performance excellence and adherence to Cheval Blanc values.

1. Advanced degree in Hospitality/Tourism or Commerce.
2. Minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in luxury hotel reservations.
3. Fluency in English is essential to meet the demands of an international clientele.
4. Proficiency in reservation software (Opera is a plus), Microsoft Office Suite, and GDS.

1. Expertise in sales techniques and customer relations.
2. Sensitivity to guest satisfaction.
3. Ability to lead and mentor a team.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotel reservations.

Advanced degree in Hospitality/Tourism or Commerce.
