2. Optimize room occupancy based on hotel capacity and commercial policies.
3. Manage reservation requests, ensuring sales and service align with client needs.
4. Ensure reliability and quality of reservations, including confirmations and data entry.
5. Maintain high-quality service during telephone interactions and sales processes.
6. Assist the reception team during peak times.
