1. Manage all reservation inquiries, ensuring sales and responses are tailored to client needs while considering the hotel's service offerings.
2. Ensure the reliability and quality of reservations, including confirmations and data entry, and contribute to client loyalty.
3. Uphold high-quality service standards during telephone interactions and throughout the sales process.
4. Assist the reception team during peak times.
