- Provide exceptional telephone reception and information on the services and activities of the Maison and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of room categories and locations to optimize reservations for hotel and restaurant.
- Identify guest needs swiftly to ensure a tailored and bespoke service.
- Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Stay informed about national, global, and internal updates relevant to the Maison and hotel collection.
- Handle daily guest requests in collaboration with various operational departments.
- Subtly gather guest feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in handling guest inquiries with discretion and confidentiality.
