- Provide exceptional telephone hospitality and inform guests about the services and activities available at the Maison and in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of room categories and locations to optimize reservation processes for both hotel and restaurant.
- Identify and cater to the specific needs of each guest to ensure a tailored and bespoke service.
- Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion, while connecting them with the appropriate services.
- Stay informed about the latest national, global, and internal news relevant to the Maison and the hotel collection.
- Handle daily guest requests in collaboration with various operational departments.
- Subtly gather guest feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
