- Provide exceptional telephone reception and information on the services and activities of the Maison and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of room categories and locations to optimize reservations for both hotel and restaurant.
- Identify and cater to the specific needs of each guest to ensure a bespoke service.
- Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion while addressing their needs.
- Stay informed about the latest national, global, and internal news relevant to the Maison and the hotel collection.
- Handle daily guest requests in collaboration with various operational departments.
- Subtly gather feedback from guests to enhance service offerings.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in managing reservations and guest relations.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling guest information.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, particularly in guest relations or reservations.
Includes a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals during work hours, a referral bonus of €400 gross (conditions apply), advantageous health insurance, and a professional uniform. The role offers the potential for career advancement into a permanent position.
