1. Provide exceptional and warm telephone reception, offering detailed information about the property's services and activities as well as those in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
2. Possess comprehensive knowledge of room categories and locations to optimize reservation bookings for both hotel and restaurant.
3. Quickly identify and address the specific needs of each guest to ensure a tailored and personalized service.
4. Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion while connecting them with the appropriate services.
5. Stay informed about the latest national, global, and internal news related to the property and the hotel collection.
6. Handle daily guest requests in collaboration with various operational departments.
7. Subtly gather feedback and comments from guests to enhance service offerings.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.

The position offers a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals during working hours, a referral bonus of €400 gross (subject to conditions), an advantageous health insurance plan, and a provided uniform. Employees will work within passionate teams.
