- Sell Cheval Blanc products at optimal prices based on availability.
- Maximize room and villa occupancy.
- Update reservations in the Opera booking system.
- Understand and explain various rates and room categories offered.
- Optimize reservations and activities according to superior directives.
- Maintain and develop excellent client relationships.
- Complete client arrival documents conscientiously and within set deadlines.
- Engage in cross-selling and up-selling as directed by superiors.
- Communicate effectively with other departments.
- Participate in service meetings to enhance technical knowledge.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of the property, its outlets, the region, and other LVMH properties.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination regarding guest reservations.
- Address client complaints and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Conduct site inspections with tour operators and travel agents as needed.

- Uphold hygiene, safety, and work condition standards.
