1. Serve as a Service Ambassador, meeting service expectations with proactive, prompt, and professional care.
2. Demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, and effective communication while maintaining accuracy in transactions and fostering a family spirit.
3. Handle incoming reservation calls with efficiency and courtesy.
4. Collaborate with Guest Relations and PBX Associates to manage general calls from both external and internal guests.
5. Compile and distribute relevant reports to appropriate departments, ensuring follow-through with revisions, cancellations, and special requests for group and individual bookings.
6. Support guests in their booking requests with a proactive and sales-oriented attitude.

1. Fluency in Italian and English, both verbal and written.

1. Excellence in service delivery with a warm and sincere presence, particularly over the telephone.
2. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
3. Familiarity with operational elements and adherence to established practices, policies, and procedures.
4. Financial acumen with the ability to perform financial analysis and understand financial models.

Beginner level experience in a similar role is required.
