1. Screening of applications
2. Conducting interviews for interns and apprentices
3. Managing budget commitments
4. Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
5. Updating job postings and descriptions
6. Revamping the school recruitment pool
7. Overhauling the internship and apprenticeship tracking system
8. Conducting school visits

1. Pursuing or completed higher education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management
