- Provide exceptional guest reception and information services, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction and revenue development.
- Adhere to and implement Cheval Blanc's etiquette in all guest and ambassador interactions.
- Learn and apply the quality standards established by Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez.
- Present and sell various services offered by the Maison, including the restaurant, bar, spa, and experiences.
- Conduct check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and reliability of collected information.
- Prepare arrivals and verify billing for departures.
- Anticipate guest needs, providing sincere and targeted assistance and advice in collaboration with relevant services.
- Support accommodation service managers in executing and monitoring assigned tasks.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in guest service and hospitality etiquette.
- Sales acumen and ability to promote hotel services.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
