1. Provide exceptional welcome and assistance to guests, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the Maison's services.
2. Uphold and implement Cheval Blanc's etiquette in all guest and ambassador interactions.
3. Learn and adhere to the quality standards established by Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez.
4. Promote and sell various services offered within the Maison, including the restaurant, bar, spa, and experiences.
5. Conduct check-ins and check-outs in accordance with established procedures, ensuring accuracy and reliability of collected information.
6. Prepare for guest arrivals and verify billing for departures.
7. Anticipate guest needs, offering sincere and targeted assistance and advice in collaboration with relevant services.
8. Support the accommodation department heads in executing and monitoring assigned tasks.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
