1. Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
2. Advise and organize guest stays upon request.
3. Present and sell hotel services, including accommodations, dining, spa, and excursions.
4. Anticipate guest needs, providing sincere and targeted assistance in collaboration with relevant departments.
5. Ensure the quality of service delivery related to guest requests.
6. Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
7. Accompany guests to their rooms and conduct tours of the hotel.
8. Perform guest wake-up calls.
9. Conduct check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability of collected information.
10. Record and monitor guest stay operations using the hotel's software systems.
11. Prepare arrivals and organize departures.
12. Handle billing and payments.
13. Manage and close cash registers.
14. Maintain and archive guest files daily.
15. Assist with reservations and file management, especially during reservation service closures.
16. Coordinate delivery of newspapers, messages, and packages to guest rooms.
17. Answer phone calls courteously, following Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
18. Facilitate internal communication within the department and with other hotel services.
19. Manage hotel switchboard and general email inquiries.
20. Oversee safe deposit box management.
21. Assist with luggage and vehicle flow management, adhering to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
22. Ensure guest safety and comfort.
23. Report any unusual situations regarding client or colleague safety to management.

1. Bac+2 in hospitality management or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of luxury hotel industry.
3. General cultural knowledge and familiarity with Paris and its region.
