3. Conduct check-in and check-out processes accurately, ensuring the reliability of collected information.
4. Inform clients about the hotel's services and amenities.
5. Advise and organize client stays, striving to meet all their requests and enhance their experience.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
