1. Assist the Head of Reception in organizing the hotel's pre-opening activities, including drafting procedures and setting up operations.
2. Support the accommodation service managers in tracking the completion of assigned tasks.
3. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing a warm welcome and addressing inquiries and service requests.
