Cheval Blanc Reception Intern

- Assist the Head of Reception in organizing the hotel's pre-opening activities, including drafting procedures and setting up operations.
- Support the accommodation service managers in tracking the completion of assigned tasks.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing a warm welcome and addressing inquiries and service requests.
- A passion for luxury hospitality and guest service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
No prior experience required; ideal for beginners seeking to enter the luxury hospitality industry.
