1. Manage client reservations via telephone, internet, and on-site.
2. Welcome, guide, and seat clients at various points of sale.
3. Maintain the cloakroom.
4. Present the menu and beverages in the absence of the Maître d'Hôtel.
5. Support the sales staff before, during, and after service.
6. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the service.
7. Handle billing in accordance with hotel procedures.
8. Promote the hotel's services and Cheval Blanc's offerings.
9. Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.

A minimum of 3 years of experience, including internships or initial experience in luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant settings.
