- Manage client reservations via telephone, internet, and on-site.
- Welcome, guide, and seat clients at various points of sale.
- Maintain the cloakroom.
- Present the menu and beverages in the absence of the Maître d'Hôtel.
- Support the sales staff before, during, and after service.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the service.
- Handle billing in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Promote the hotel's services and Cheval Blanc's offerings.
- Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.

A minimum of 3 years of experience, including internships or initial experience in luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant settings.
