1. Oversee all purchases for the Maison, ensuring timely procurement according to specified requirements.
2. Assist in sourcing, raising Purchase Orders, and liaising with local and international suppliers as directed by the Purchasing Manager.
3. Process all purchase requests submitted by various departments.
4. Coordinate with the Cost Controller to maintain optimal stock levels for efficient departmental operations.
5. Maintain regular communication with departments regarding deliveries and outstanding orders.
6. Source supplies, negotiate commercial terms, and establish credit arrangements.
7. Collaborate with supply coordinators to ensure timely delivery of supplies to the Maison.
8. Engage with suppliers and representatives to research and evaluate new products.
9. Conduct regular price comparisons with the Maison's suppliers to ensure competitive pricing without compromising quality.

1. Diploma or higher in procurement management.

2. Proficiency in accounting software and computer applications.
3. Basic accounting and numerical skills.
4. Valid driving license.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
