- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Ensure adherence to Maison standards and policies.
- Attend to housekeeping activities, including cleaning and assisting with villa setup, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the pool area.
- Ensure that all public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development focusing on best practices in cleaning techniques, guest interaction, and safety procedures.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.
- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols and guidelines within the housekeeping department.
- Certificate and/or diploma in Housekeeping Operations and Services
- Excellent customer service with a pleasant personality
- Ability to work independently with proper attention to detail
