- Supervise and maintain all public spaces, including swimming pools, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

- Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, appropriate music and lighting, and proper staffing levels.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on excellence in customer service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics in all public areas.
- Ensure thorough adherence to LQA Standards and ensure the team is well-versed in their responsibilities.
- Address guest concerns and feedback promptly to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Certificate/Diploma in a relevant field
