5. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of power plant equipment.

1. Technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, or power plant operations.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in power plant or utility operations within a resort, hotel, or similar facility.
3. Exposure to preventive maintenance and plant monitoring systems.

1. Strong knowledge of power plant equipment, generators, and auxiliary systems.
2. Ability to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and accurate logging.
3. Solid understanding of safety, fire, and life safety procedures.
4. Disciplined, reliable, and safety conscious.
5. Calm and methodical when responding to faults or emergencies.
6. Collaborative and responsive within a team environment.
7. Attentive to detail with a strong sense of responsibility.

Minimum 3 years of experience in power plant or utility operations within a resort, hotel, or similar facility.
