1. Assist guests with luggage and provide a warm welcome upon arrival.
2. Ensure the seamless transportation of luggage to and from guest rooms.
3. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
4. Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and services.
5. Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure guest satisfaction.
6. Operate buggies for guest transportation within the property.

1. Must be a Maldivian national.
2. Completion of GCE Ordinary level of education.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficient in English.
3. Strong understanding of Front Office operations.
4. Proficient buggy driving skills.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector is required.
