1. Assist the Head Pastry Chef in developing new dessert offerings to enhance the restaurant's culinary positioning.

4. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure the quality of all products used.

1. Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or luxury establishment.
2. A passion for pastry arts and culinary innovation.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a gastronomic setting.

Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts.
