1. Assist in setting up the pastry section.
2. Perform preparatory tasks for pastry in accordance with professional standards.
3. Support Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of pastries and desserts.
4. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures.
5. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment, and assist in receiving goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
