- Assist in setting up the pastry section.
- Perform preparatory tasks for pastry in accordance with professional standards.
- Support Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of pastries and desserts.
- Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment, and assist in receiving goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
