1. Join the pastry brigade and collaborate closely with the Pastry Chef.
2. Observe and replicate technical pastry techniques.

5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.

1. Technical knowledge in pastry arts.
2. Possession of CAP, BEP, or BP in cuisine/pastry.
3. Specialized certifications in pastry, bakery, ice cream, chocolate, or confectionery.

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners eager to learn under the guidance of a Pastry Chef de Partie.

CAP, BEP, or BP in cuisine/pastry or equivalent certifications.
