- Assist in the preparation of ingredients required for dessert creation, adhering to the recipes and instructions provided by the pastry chef.
- Organize and meticulously prepare the workstation, anticipating needs to ensure a seamless and impeccable service.
- Execute assigned tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring impeccable quality at every stage.
- Maintain a spotless workstation and strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Actively participate in the team dynamic with enthusiasm, discipline, and a collaborative spirit.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end culinary environment.
