- Perform preliminary preparation tasks for pastry products.
- Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and preparation of pastries and desserts.
- Ensure service is conducted according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
- Set up and distribute dishes.
- Participate in waste sorting and disposal.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to superiors.
- BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant environments.
