1. Prepare the assigned pastry section.
2. Perform preparatory pastry tasks according to professional standards.
3. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and development of pastries and desserts.
4. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures.
5. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment, and assist in receiving goods following HACCP protocols.
