1. Organize and manage the pastry section autonomously, from preparation to service, ensuring flawless execution of recipes and creations.
2. Craft refined and inventive desserts, enhancing seasonal products while adhering to the identity and standards of the head pastry chef.
3. Supervise and mentor commis and interns, imparting expertise and supporting their development.
4. Collaborate closely with the head pastry chef, sous chefs, and other brigade members to ensure a seamless and harmonious service.
5. Contribute to a passionate and excellence-driven environment, reinventing the art of pastry daily.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
