3. Supervise and mentor commis and interns, imparting expertise and supporting their development.
4. Collaborate closely with the pastry chef, sous chefs, and brigade members to ensure seamless and harmonious service.
5. Contribute to the daily reinvention of pastry art, transforming each dessert into a masterpiece through talent, dedication, and attention to detail.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
