- Organize and manage the pastry section autonomously, ensuring flawless execution from preparation to service.
- Create refined and inventive desserts, enhancing seasonal products while adhering to the pastry chef's identity and standards.
- Supervise and mentor commis and interns, imparting expertise and supporting their development.
- Collaborate closely with the pastry chef, sous chefs, and brigade members to ensure seamless and harmonious service.
- Contribute to the daily reinvention of pastry art, transforming each dessert into a masterpiece through talent, dedication, and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Exceptional culinary skills in pastry arts.
