1. Organize and manage the pastry section autonomously, ensuring flawless execution from preparation to service.

3. Supervise and mentor commis and trainees, sharing expertise and guiding their development.
4. Collaborate closely with the pastry chef, sous chefs, and other brigade members to ensure a seamless and harmonious service.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven track record in high-end pastry environments.
