1. Oversee a specific station within the pastry department, ensuring the quality of all preparations.
2. Execute recipes in accordance with the Maison's standards, maintaining impeccable execution.
3. Supervise team members within the station, imparting knowledge and ensuring optimal organization of the work environment.
4. Collaborate closely with the Head Pastry Chef and Sous-Chef to deliver refined and consistent pastry offerings.

1. Diploma in Pastry Arts (CAP/BEP or Bac Pro Pâtisserie)

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of significant experience in high-end or gourmet dining establishments is required.
