1. Organize and oversee the work of pastry personnel, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
2. Prepare desserts and sweet treats as per the menu, under the guidance of the Sous-Chef and Pastry Chef.
3. Support the Sous Chef Pâtisserie in managing the pastry brigade in the absence of the Pastry Chef.
4. Maintain responsibility for the pastry section, reporting directly to the Pastry Chef.
5. Demonstrate passion, precision, and managerial skills to execute tasks with excellence.
