1. Refresh painting in hotel rooms, corridors, and public areas.
2. Restore small furniture pieces.
3. Perform painting and drywall work in staff accommodations.
4. Enhance guest comfort by tailoring interventions to their expectations.
5. Maintain pools and conduct necessary technical work including water quality, networks, and machinery.
6. Perform daily maintenance tasks to restore installations.
7. Assist in cleaning and maintaining gardens and terraces.
8. Report any incidents to supervisors and implement initial safety measures to prevent accidents or damage.
9. Adhere to procedures regarding flow management, consumables, and environmental standards.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Proficiency in painting and maintenance techniques.
2. Attention to detail and precision in work.
3. Ability to diagnose and address maintenance issues.
4. Strong communication skills for reporting and teamwork.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or luxury sector is required.
