- Assist Senior Project Managers in various tasks for both existing and future Cheval Blanc properties.
- Create, update, and meticulously proofread all printed materials to ensure consistency across all locations.
- Maintain constant communication with local representatives and headquarters departments to identify new needs and develop appropriate tools.
- Oversee production processes with external vendors such as printers and designers.
- Regularly update the website and manage social media platforms, including scheduling, community management, and performance analysis.
- Create and monitor social media advertising campaigns and paid search campaigns.
- Develop and track newsletter campaigns.
- Ensure brand identity is consistently respected and deployed across all internal and external content.
- Support the creation and deployment of marketing plans for each property in close coordination with the Communication and Commercial teams.
- Regularly analyze key performance indicators and prepare reports for meetings.
- Conduct ongoing research on competitors, new hospitality or dining concepts, and broader trends to inspire daily projects and introduce new ideas.
- Final year student in a Business School with a specialization in Marketing or Strategic Marketing, or equivalent university degree (Master 2).
- Proactivity, curiosity, creativity, adaptability, autonomy, and versatility.
- Attention to detail, excellence, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Experience in Marketing or Communication project management is preferred.
- Strong writing skills in both French and English (C1 level equivalent).
- Sensitivity to the luxury and hospitality environment.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for those with exposure to Marketing or Communication project management.
Final year student in a Business School with a specialization in Marketing or Strategic Marketing, or equivalent university degree (Master 2).
