- Oversee the hotel's operations during night hours, ensuring seamless coordination across all operational departments.
- Collaborate closely with the security team to maintain the safety and comfort of guests and staff.
- Assist the Head Concierge and the Director of Guest Services in supervising the front office team.
- Represent the General Management to guests and staff, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Manage guest complaints and follow up on claims with empathy and professionalism.
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, adhering to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Handle reservations and maintain records during the closure of the Reservations department.
- Supervise and execute billing and payment processes.
- Verify guest lists and rates before closing operations for the night.
- Prepare necessary reports for the following day and coordinate upcoming arrivals with hotel departments.
- Promote and sell hotel services, including rooms, dining, and spa offerings.
- Ensure the hotel's entrance and surroundings are clean, accessible, and secure.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow within the night team.
- Welcome, train, and integrate new team members, fostering skill development and versatility.
- Ensure compliance with legal and hotel procedures within the department.
- Higher education degree in Hospitality Management.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Customer service orientation with discretion and courtesy.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, Opera, and ideally Concierge Organizer and Know Cross.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or Portuguese is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury establishment.
Higher education degree in Hospitality Management.
