- Ensure serenity and calmness during the night while guaranteeing the safety of guests.
- Control and validate daily transactions and perform the daily closure.
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival or during night-time inquiries.
- Discreetly and efficiently respond to specific guest needs.
- Conduct check-in and check-out procedures for late arrivals or departures.
- Maintain the tranquility and comfort of guests throughout the night.
- Communicate essential information to the day team to ensure service continuity.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., dining, housekeeping) to meet the specific needs of nocturnal guests.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellence in customer service and hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently.
