2. Control and validate daily cash transactions and perform daily closures.
3. Warmly welcome guests upon arrival or during nighttime inquiries.
4. Address specific guest needs with discretion and efficiency.
5. Conduct check-in and check-out procedures for late arrivals or departures.
6. Maintain guest tranquility and comfort throughout the night.
7. Communicate essential information to the day team to ensure service continuity.
8. Collaborate with other departments such as dining and housekeeping to meet nocturnal guest requests.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or a related field.
