2. Control and validate daily financial transactions and perform daily closure.
3. Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and address inquiries during the night.
4. Respond discreetly and efficiently to specific guest needs.
5. Conduct check-in and check-out procedures for late arrivals or departures.
6. Maintain guest tranquility and comfort throughout the night.
7. Communicate essential information to the day team to ensure service continuity.
8. Collaborate with other departments such as dining and housekeeping to fulfill nocturnal guest requests.
