- Manage reservation requests, ensuring sales and providing tailored responses to client needs while practicing upselling.
- Ensure the reliability and quality of client reservations, contributing to client loyalty.
- Welcome and assist clients both over the phone and in person.
- Accompany clients to their rooms and inform them about hotel services.
- Advise and organize client stays upon request.
- Strive to meet client requests and ensure the quality of services provided.
- Post and monitor client stay operations on the hotel’s system, adhering to procedures.
- Conduct check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and reliability of collected information.
- Control and close cash register at the end of each shift.
- Handle phone calls, faxes, and mail, ensuring proper distribution within the hotel.
- Manage safes and perform client wake-up calls.
- Execute external relocations in case of overbooking, following hotel procedures.
- Assist in managing luggage and vehicle flows, respecting established procedures.
- Oversee daily closure and backup operations.
- Process client invoices before forwarding to general accounting.
- Report any abnormal situations regarding client or colleague safety to management.
- Higher education in Hospitality Management.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and representational ability.
- Customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in reception, concierge, reservations, or front desk roles in hospitality or related fields.
Higher education in Hospitality Management.
