1. Assist the Marketing and Communication department in maintaining the brand image of Cheval Blanc within the Parisian Maison.
2. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Coordinator and the Marketing & Communication Manager.
3. Organize press visits, including drafting programs for press trips, preparing welcome gifts, and greeting notes for hotel guests.
4. Maintain relationships with press agencies to provide them with the latest updates.
5. Coordinate photo shoots, filming, and follow-up on internal events.
6. Conduct competitive analysis within the press on market competitors.
7. Ensure brand identity and positioning across all printed and digital materials, adhering to Cheval Blanc's graphic charter and codes.
8. Update all communication materials, both printed and digital.
9. Ensure compliance of all produced materials, collaborating with department heads and service directors.
10. Prepare regular activity reports, including social media metrics and post-activation feedback.
11. Manage the accuracy of information on hotel internet interfaces, iPads, and televisions.
12. Support the animation of the website and social media channels by creating photo and video content, and drafting post texts.
13. Assist in monitoring and analyzing review sites such as TripAdvisor, Google, Facebook, and Yelp.
14. Report any unusual situations regarding client or colleague safety to management.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree (BAC+4/5) in Marketing/Communication.
2. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality and fine dining sectors.

1. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
2. Excellent writing skills.

11. Proficiency in marketing tools such as email managers, blogs, websites, and social media, CRM.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (preferred).
13. Fluency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is appreciated.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a higher education degree (BAC+4/5) in Marketing/Communication.
