Cheval Blanc Marketing and Communication Intern

- Assist the Marketing and Communication team in maintaining the brand image of Cheval Blanc Paris.
- Organize press visits, including drafting itineraries, preparing welcome gifts, and greeting notes.
- Coordinate with press agencies to disseminate current news and updates.
- Manage photo shoots, filming, and internal event follow-ups.
- Conduct competitive analysis within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Ensure brand identity and positioning across all printed and digital materials.
- Update and maintain communication materials, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Support the creation of marketing reports, including social media metrics and post-activation analysis.
- Assist in managing social media content creation and website updates.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback on review platforms such as TripAdvisor and Google.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing or Communication.
- Familiarity with the luxury hospitality and fine dining sectors.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) are advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and customer service orientation.
- Analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with an aesthetic sensibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, CRM, and email marketing.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is desirable.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Communication.
