- Ensure optimal client reception and satisfaction in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Oversee billing and payment processes at the point of sale.
- Promote dining venues and events within the hotel.

- BAC PRO or BTS in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and organizational skills.
- Empathy and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Team spirit and eagerness to learn and grow in hospitality.
- Proficiency in service delivery in high-end establishments.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
