1. Ensure optimal client reception and satisfaction in accordance with hotel procedures.
2. Oversee billing and payment processes at the point of sale.

10. Communicate effectively with the team regarding client information and instructions.

1. BAC PRO or BTS in a relevant field.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
9. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
