- Ensure the optimal functioning of the hotel's installations.
- Maintain the general condition of the hotel, performing maintenance tasks in plumbing, electricity, painting, and more.
- Demonstrate versatility and creativity in proposing improvements to existing installations.
- Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork to execute tasks with excellence.
- Experience in plumbing or electricity is advantageous.
- Valid electrical certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of installations and network cable pathways.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset.
