1. Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and office equipment.
2. Ensure optimal functioning of water and gas systems.
3. Perform necessary repairs on all technical installations.
4. Assist the Technical Director and external contractors during major interventions.
5. Verify the operational status of safety equipment.
6. Maintain the general appearance of rooms, sales points, and workspaces.
7. Uphold client confidentiality.
8. Execute daily tasks to restore installations to optimal condition.
9. Report incidents and implement initial safety measures to prevent accidents or damage.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven track record in technical maintenance within a luxury hospitality environment.

1. Technical proficiency in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
2. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical maintenance, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
