1. Receive and inspect both food and non-food goods.
2. Ensure compliance of received goods with delivery notes.
3. Notify relevant departments of goods arrivals following the established procedures.
4. Assist in recording delivery notes and returns.
5. Organize goods in various storage areas within the hotel and off-site reserves.
6. Participate in hygiene inspections and maintain cleanliness of storage areas.
7. Uphold Cheval Blanc's brand image in interactions with suppliers, delivery personnel, and operational staff.
8. Ensure adherence to delivery protocols, including timing and compliance with delivery notes.
9. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

1. Knowledge of the hospitality and restaurant industry, ideally luxury hospitality and fine dining.
2. Understanding of hygiene standards (H.A.C.C.P. norms).
3. Familiarity with hospitality/restaurant products and suppliers.
4. Demonstrates reliability and trustworthiness in managing physical goods flow.
5. Team player with availability, attentiveness, and responsiveness.
6. Versatile with the ability to manage stress and prioritize in diverse situations.

Entry-level experience is acceptable.
